  1. Extract the .zip file anywhere on your computer.
  2. In uTorrent, open the Options > Preferences menu.
  3. Under 'Advanced', go to 'Run Program'.
  4. Under 'Run this program when a torrent finishes:' type:
     "C:\Path\To\Download Complete.bat" "%D" "your@email.com" "Your PIN"
  5. Save your settings. Now whenever a download finishes you will get a Cloud Message on your device."
